David Fabricius is a registered biokineticist and owner of Kinesthetic Wellness. David attained his undergraduate, Bachelor of Arts degree in sport science and sports coaching, and postgraduate, Bachelor of Science Honours degree in biokinetics from the University of Zululand, Richards Bay Kwazulu/Natal. He has further achieved a master's degree in sport science from Stellenbosch University. And he is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (C.S.C.S.) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. David completed his biokinetics internship at the Sport Science Institute of South Africa in 2007 which lead him to Cape Town. This vocational internship opened his eyes to the full extent of what the role a biokineticist can be in: individual practice, professional consultation, sports team performance, corporate wellness and working as part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. David immediately ventured into private practice in 2008 as a qualified biokineticist, and has not looked back. He has been working in health, wellness and exercise since 2004, and has endeavoured to stay abreast in continued professional education to maintain a high level of professional service to all our clients at Kinesthetic Wellness. David maintains excellent lines of referral and communication with other exercise, health and medical professionals. David is registered with the Healthcare Professionals Council of South Africa, and is an active member of the Biokinetics Association of South Africa.

Nelia Greeff is a registered biokineticist, student, leader, speaker, writer and adventure seeker in Cape Town. She completed her Biokinetics Degree at North-West University in Potchefstroom. After which she did her internship at the Institute for Biokinetics in Potchefstroom. When she had completed her internship she decided that she wanted to open a practice of her own. Nelia met her associate David Fabricius Biokineticist, who gave her the opportunity to start her own practice alongside his Biokinetics practice. She has been running her practice since August, 2014. Nelia volunteers at a local training centre called Lear2Live to educate teachers and parents on healthy lifestyle with a focus on nutrition. She has featured on "Radio SonderGrense" to educate listeners about exercise and the importance thereof and continues to do chats about exercise on some mornings. Nelia is also a freelance writer for MKtv where she writes tips on living a healthy lifestyle. Nelia's mission in life is to be a person of influence in her community and thereby educate people on how to live a healthy lifestyle. Her vision is to see people live a functional, pain free life that will give them the freedom to follow their vision in life. Nelia is confident, loyal and organized in both her professional and personal life. She believes in practicing what she preaches and therefore spends her free time doing anything active that she can find to do and eating healthily. She grew up in an active home where she did anything from running to dancing to playing rugby.
